Simple Application Process
Kenter Homes has a simple application, and a 24-hour approval process.  To be considered for a home offered by Kenter Homes, click the Kenter Homes Application link below to view the application.  Then complete the following steps:

1) Print the application form using the print command on your browser toolbar,
2) Complete all personal information on the form,
3) Sign the second page of the form,
4) Bring the completed application with you when you preview a home,
5) Also bring a recent pay stub and photo ID
6) Bring $20 cash or money order to Kenter Homes,
6) or, send the completed form, along with a recent pay stub, copy of photo ID, and
    $20 credit report fee to:

The application cannot be processed without all documents requested above and the $20 credit report fee.  As a courtesy, Kenter Homes will provide you a copy of your credit report to keep.
